Temenos Horse Rescue Objectives
Temenos Horse Rescue is a private initiative dedicated to the following objectives:
- To provide a temporary sanctuary for horses confiscated under due process in DeKalb County, Indiana.
- Assist and educate equine owners when requested to do so.
- Lobby for improved laws and local procedures relative to animal neglect.
